Old Ironton Hospital. Built around 1925 this hospital originally had 35 rooms, was later added on to around the 60's. Hospital was closed around 1975. Building is mostly granite, concrete floors and walls. There was a commercial kitchen in the basement at one time, and a chapel on the 3rd floor. This property has been explored by ghost hunters and locals report hearing odd sounds and seeing shadows in the windows. PLEASE keep in mind that the property has lots of construction debris, Major repairs and updating would be necessary. All potential buyers must be prequalified or show proof of funds. Take your flash lights and watch your step. There is known asbestos in the basement.
